Handle It does not take on jobs involving:

• HVAC systems
• gas connections
• exterior doors
• industrial machinery/appliances
• residential cleaning
• ventilation systems
• major electrical 
• major plumbing 
• install/refinish flooring (but we do flooring repairs)
• installation/repair of tiling (but we can mount items in any tile type)
• waste/trash/large item removal
• welding
• structural work

We service the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens as well as nearby townships of Hoboken and Jersey City, NJ. If you're unsure if we service your area, please contact us to find out.

The pricing of our services varies depending on the scope and difficulty of the job, the location, and the cost of resources and materials. 

For multiple small jobs we charge an hourly or day rate which carries a two hour minimum of $150. 

For single tasks and small projects we may change a service fee of $100 and add on additional costs if the scope of work increases, replacement parts or other material costs become necessary, or if multiple visits will be required.

For larger projects, we will give a quote after assessment and discussion of your project. outline the scope of the project in great detail including mutual responsibilities, deliverables and timelines, and a payment schedule. Deposits to cover initial costs (materials, designs, labor, etc.) are usually required and the balance is outlined in the payment schedule.
